The editors and staff of Roseapple Publishing love to read. When looking around bookstores for intellectual thrillers where the lead characters were minorities, of any sort of type, we didn't find many. Knowing that we are not monolithic in either the way we live or think, nor defined singularly by deed or dispatch, we accepted the challenge of finding books that speak with voices that vigorously explore the possibilities of our daily lives.
